Requirements

• Education – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Required Skills – Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Strong problem solving skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 3D CAD software
• Exposure to ERP or manufacturing execution systems
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Interest or coursework related to rubber, polymers, or materials manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation – Support continuous improvement initiatives within rubber manufacturing processes, including molding and secondary operations.
• Be a Key Player – Assist with new equipment installations, process changes, and project launches, helping integrate improvements into day-to-day operations.
• Design for Efficiency – Help design and refine workspaces with a focus on ergonomics, material flow, safety, and productivity.
• Gain Hands-On Experience – Spend time on the production floor and in the office, applying engineering principles to real manufacturing challenges in a rubber production environment.
