About The Position

Role Purpose: The primary responsibility is to provide engineering support for our customer strain gage, thermocouple, and ancillary sensor installations Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Assisting Engineers with their daily work with 3D scanning, AutoCAD drawings, ECNs, and Job Setups. Provide costing information to the application engineers for the purpose of generating a quotation for the customer. Liaison with the internal HITEC labs performing the installation work; this includes generating the document package given to the lab (drawings, technical requirements, etc.) as well as generating initial job setup information for the customer service department. Other duties assigned by HITEC Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Actively pursuing 4-year Engineering degree
• Ability to read, understand and articulate technical outline drawings.
• Attention to details and concern of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
• Sound Organizational skills are critical
• Ability to work with test rigs and test equipment.
• Recording and analysing data using HITEC current DAQ systems.
• Must have computer skills (MS office suite)
• Other duties assigned by HITEC Engineering Manager
