As an Engineering Intern, you’ll roll up your sleeves and work alongside our Engineering team on real projects that matter. This internship is designed to give you practical, resume-building experience while helping you grow your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative, people-first environment. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and excited to see how engineering concepts come to life—from design to testing to implementation—this is your chance to learn by doing.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze information effectively
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and resourcefulness

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SolidWorks or other CAD software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project and product development tasks, such as writing and verifying specifications
  • Maintaining product and process documentation
  • Assisting with testing of processes, equipment, raw materials, and products
  • Helping validate equipment and engineering processes
  • Contributing to new product, process, or test method concepts and designs
  • Designing, procuring, and fabricating tooling and fixtures
  • Designing and coordinating engineering tests and experiments
  • Preparing standard reports and documentation to communicate results
  • Completing and maintaining engineering documentation
  • Assisting with training technicians and operators on new processes or test procedures
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and submitting ideas and solutions
  • Using SolidWorks or other CAD tools (experience is a plus)
