JOB SUMMARY: The Engineering Intern’s primary objective is to assist with a heavy drafting load, new design improvement projects, and production support. This person is responsible for completing drafting projects, working closely with other engineers on new designs, and supporting the production floor to improve efficiency. Shift is 8am to 4:30pm

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year engineering focused college education.
• Experienced in CAD modelling, ideally Solidworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete Solidworks drawings and create official PDF drawings
• Work on new designs within Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Assist with troubleshooting of production processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
• All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities and needs.
• The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member.
