The Job: During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support Manufacturing Engineering with key activities including: Learn aerospace components material and manufacturing processes Evaluate manufacturing processes via time studies and other methods to assess safety and efficiency Propose and implement changes to manufacturing processing Work on Continuous Improvement projects Design, develop and test tooling to improve manufacturing processes Act as day-to-day engineer to support floor production You will have exposure to several areas of the Manufacturing Engineering team at the CAM Engineered Products Division of Stanley Black & Decker. You will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross-functional team of professionals, including Quality, Procurement, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Be a rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of 2026 or 2027
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Maintains strong academic credentials.
  • Exemplifies curiosity, attention to detail, problem solving, and an interest in understanding how things are made and work
  • Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities
