Position Overview: Ameresco is looking for an Engineering Intern to join our Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System Engineering team for a summer internship. The role will be based in either our Framingham, MA or Boston, MA office.

Requirements

• Working toward a B.S. in Engineering, preferably in something focused on Renewable & Clean Energy.
• Willing to be able to travel to different Ameresco sites.

Nice To Haves

• Modeling software proficiency as well as MS Office program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Developers, Engineers and Project Managers to provide project support as needed on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects.
• Aggregate and organize data and correspondence (e.g. drawings, utility interconnection applications and data entry/upload as necessary).
• Perform on-site activities and site support as dictated by project phase/requirements, as necessary.
• Perform other duties as required.
