About the role: You will have an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with a small team, learning and developing Product Engineering skills.This is a paid on-site position in East Greenbush, NY (near Albany, NY), remote or hybrid work is not available.

Requirements

Knowledge of some (but not all) of the following: CAD Design, Mechanical Assembly, troubleshooting, creating and/or following test plans for product reliability, writing reports.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work towards root cause
Proactive demeanor, with a desire to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support the Engineering Department and XOS in various tasks such as design, testing, prototype assembly.
Collaborate on projects and report the progress of assigned work.
resolve issues towards on-time completion of projects.
