Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering or related field, with at least four semesters of coursework completed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and production systems.
  • Ability to travel domestically within the U.S. as needed for project support, site visits, and team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, a plus but not required.
  • Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Support the design, development, and testing of production equipment and workflow improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of various Capital Investment projects across the organization.
  • Perform data analysis, research, and documentation related to production metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
