About The Position
Reporting to the Engineering Manager or delegate of the TET unit, this role leads some Engineering projects as delegated. The KPI’s for this role are safety, OTD, TAT. The successful candidate will be driven by a strong bias for action, continuous improvement, and solid employee relations. As such, the Engineering Intern will be responsible for delivering on a lean manufacturing strategy that improves material flow and reduces cost. This position may also be involved in working with engineering and sales to introduce new manufacturing capabilities into the shop in support of the unit’s growth strategies.
