Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment during the summer of 2026. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or higher from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Self-starter with the ability to work on a wide range of technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for existing operations in the manufacturing facility
• Contributing to various cross functional teams/ projects
• Participating in continuous improvement projects, experiments, and kaizen events
• Providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization
