About The Position

Engineering Intern – Summer 2026 Watershed Geo is a global company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, that develops intellectual property and provides technical solutions for ongoing problematic environmental and renewable energy infrastructure. Watershed Geo is majority owned by Shaw Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, and has experienced solid growth in recent years because of their cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking a motivated and curious Engineering Intern for a rotational, immersive internship experience designed to provide broad exposure across Watershed Geo’s business. Rather than supporting a single team, interns will spend varying amounts of time working alongside and learning from engineering, research & development, inside sales, outside sales, field operations, and business operations/fulfillment. This role provides hands-on experience with real engineering and technology-driven projects while offering a holistic view of how solutions are developed, sold, delivered, and supported—giving interns insight into how a growing company operates end-to-end, rather than functioning as a small part of a large organization. · Duration: 10–12 weeks (Summer 2026) · Location: Alpharetta, GA or Chattanooga, TN (in-person preferred) · Compensation: Paid internship (Hourly) · Mentorship, professional development, and capstone presentation at end of program.

  • Participate in field operations to observe real-world application of engineered solutions.
