About The Position

You will be accountable for: Running andoptimizingour production capabilities and overall operations on the site Managing projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives Shaping the industry of the future through digital transformation through data and process control Driving the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams Challenging our organization and providing suggestions for potential improvement opportunities Taking ownership of your development and career growth, with the support of a mentor We provide a full-time permanent contract, featuring hybrid and on-site work arrangements, through 3 rotations of 12 months, across diverse business units, functions, projects, and geographic locations within the US. The start date is expected to be September 2026.

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in reliability, maintenance engineering and mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries. Digital background is a plus.
  • Expertise in engineering principles

  • Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in any additional language is advantageous
