About The Position
The High Energy Laser Engineering (HEL) Technical Fellow at Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is a senior technical role focused on supporting new product development in high energy laser systems. The position requires deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience, with responsibilities including providing innovative solutions, technical leadership, and mentoring within the engineering teams. The Fellow will work across product lines to address critical enterprise needs and will be accountable for technical decisions and the engineering technical baseline during proposal efforts.
