About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Administrator to join our team and help maintain the integrity of our engineering documentation system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training a plus.
• 2+ years of related experience in engineering documentation, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
• Understanding of engineering development processes and product structures.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and release engineering documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Control Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) including creation, release, and revisions.
• Enter part numbers and pricing into our ERP system for special projects, service parts, and other sellable items.
• Enforce compliance with naming conventions and manage abbreviation/keyword databases.
• Coordinate obsolescence of outdated part numbers and documentation.
• Assist in creating and updating internal process and procedure documents.
