The Engineering Rotational Development Program is structured to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our engineering and manufacturing processes. Participants will rotate through different departments, including but not limited to Product Development, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management. Each rotation lasts approximately [Duration, e.g., 6 months], allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of the specific functions and their contributions to the company's success.
