The Engineering Development Program at John Deere is designed for recent engineering graduates, providing them with three distinct experiences over a two-year period. Participants will engage in eight-month rotations across various functional areas related to combustion engines and aftertreatment, including Advanced Research, Module Engineering, and Performance and Emissions development. This program aims to equip graduates with practical skills in Systems Engineering, Virtual and Physical analysis, and Data Engineering and Analytics, preparing them for impactful careers in engineering.
