Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with mechanical and electrical system design.
- Ability to support and execute projects independently from handoff.
- Experience preparing construction documents.
- Competency in Revit.
Nice To Haves
- Mission critical or industrial project type experience.
- Experience preparing advanced analyses (e.g., system coordination, load calculations).
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
Responsibilities
- Scope Develop: Support the development of medium to large-scope projects with significant complexities, impacting major company programs.
- Execute and Coordinate: Execute and coordinate projects with a multidisciplined design team.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical design support, construction documents, and specifications in compliance with project requirements and building design.
- Innovation and Exploration: Explore subject areas, define project scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods to address project challenges.
