About The Position

With in-house R&D and engineering, we help customers strengthen supply chains and build confidently in America. The Administrative Coordinator supports the Engineering team in engineering documentation and provides administrative support where needed. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Responsibilities for designated accounts to include, but are not limited to: Initiates, maintains and processes engineering documentation while performing with a high degree of independence to carry out associated duties. Provide administrative support to the Engineering team. Assists in the Tool Maintenance System Assists in project management. Creates and modifies manufacturing documents such as Manufacturing Work Instructions, Routings, Flow Charts, Value Stream Maps, PFMEA’S and Control Plans based on the input and direction from the Engineering Team. Maintains document control for Engineering Work Instructions. Prepares reports, illustrations, photographs, diagrams and charts. Maintains the Business Unit files and provides support of copying, ordering supplies and other general office needs. Works on Lean projects to create a lean office environment.

Requirements

  • PC Literate: proficient in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid reporting skills, administrative writing skills, and ability to analyzing information.
  • IDEAS trained: proficient in Blue Print reading.
  • Lean Office and Manufacturing Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to write technical instructions.
  • Proficient in P.C. applications support.
  • 2 year Technical Degree or 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
