The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Engineering department with a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: creating purchase orders and ordering materials for the department, posting schedules and ensuring accurate payroll processing, scheduling work with 3rd party contractors and managing regular maintenance schedules, working with the Director of Engineering to maintain all life safety and health related documents, managing and monitoring task management systems for the engineering department and all related work orders, processing invoices for purchased items, contract labor and service calls, actively participating in energy conservation programs, reviewing all guest and meeting planner feedback to ensure problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner, and executing other administrative items as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
