About The Position

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to the team! This stunning 374 room hotel is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops! Our 5+ team members report to our Director of Engineering. The ideal candidate holds 2+ years' experience in an administrative role and strong Microsoft Office experience. Hotel and Engineering experience preferred. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pm) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

• 2+ years' experience in an administrative role.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience.
• Hotel and Engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties including the coordination of maintenance and warranty requests.
• Recording and tracking maintenance needs.
• Typing, filing, answering telephones, and taking messages.
• Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests.
• Other general office duties.
