About The Position

The Engineering & Construction Analyst at Lowe's serves as the primary point of contact for cyclical reporting of construction programs, providing project-level support for the construction management system, and managing financial obligations related to incentives. This role is crucial for preparing and distributing various reports, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving consistency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, project, and/or office management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on retail, industrial, and office acquisition and disposition.
  • 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience leading high-performing teams in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for all construction programs.
  • Coordinate construction inputs for the Real Estate CAC process on new store and outlet expansion programs.
  • Manage the corporate incentives program, including reporting on collection/receivables for active programs.
  • Work with project teams on system updates leading into reporting cycles.
  • Prepare custom reporting packages utilizing system outputs and Power BI data.
  • Incorporate financial metrics into cyclical reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Provide project-level technical support for the CM system of record, including user access and interface support.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders for cyclical reporting obligations.
