About The Position

Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) is one of the largest privately-held architecture and engineering firms in the Southeast. GMC has an opening for an Engineering Co-Op to support on-going projects in the Auburn, AL office. This position will be expected to work closely with Engineers across our footprint on projects.

Requirements

Pursing Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited university
Working knowledge with AutoCAD (REVIT a plus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with LEED Certified Projects and passion for Sustainability (LEED Accredited) is a plus

Responsibilities

Collecting, preparing, and assessing data for use in evaluations, studies, design development, and construction administration
Supporting the development and completion of design drawings and specifications
Assisting in management of projects under construction
Providing support to GMC Engineers as needed
