As a Co-op at Valvoline the individual will primarily work in Valvoline’s Cincinnati Manufacturing Plant. The individual will share responsibilities with Plant Engineering, EH&S, and Operations. Project work will include working on Valvoline’s implementation of newest software’s, working on developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, small capital projects/management, and data analytics to help justify resource allocations. During the one-year program, the Co-op will be part of Valvoline’s winning team, working with Valvoline’s Plant to deliver both plant and corporate level projects that will give the student hands on experience while helping drive their growth strategy. Training will be on the job training (OJT) as required.
