About The Position

Our Vandalia, OH location is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotational Program Co-Op to join our team. Location: Onsite in Vandalia, OH (local candidates within driving distance preferred we do not offer relocation or travel stipend) Role: Spring 2026 Rotational Program Co-Op

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
  • Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, finance, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
  • Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to: Engineering- Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Industrial, Application, Warehouse Automation, New Product Development
  • Quality
  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.
  • Build professional relationships across various departments.
