Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant work experience or a Masters degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant work experience
  • In lieu of a degree,a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience will be considered
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or purchasing activities, including experience obtaining quotes and interacting with vendors.
  • Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
  • Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Receive ECO’s from Engineering and Determine Impact to manufacturing.
  • Coordinate modifications of Manufacturing Orders with Production Planners
  • Evaluate the cost impact of any stranded material as a result of ECO’s
  • Coordinate PO product revision modifications with Buyers
