About The Position

As an Engineering Cell Lead, you understand the workings behind complex systems and architectures that support Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) programs. That knowledge is key when it comes to providing technical oversight and direct support with advanced Air, Ground, and Maritime ISR systems integration throughout the critical operational environments across global installations. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to support a broad range of partners in the DoW. Our team performs a wide range of technical development, engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and testing of existing and new systems inclusive of Cloud transport, SD-WAN/LAN network transport infrastructure and configurations, RF/SATCOM communication systems, and the associated cybersecurity posture for manned and unmanned ISR assets required under the DoW. This includes implementing best practices to enhance the C2ISR system performance and guarantee operational stability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems. That’s why we need you, a Systems Engineer, who understands what “No-Fail” means and can provide technical leadership encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization for manned and unmanned C2ISR systems. Additionally, you’ll direct, advise, and assist with operational site integrations, proactively monitor current architecture while looking for future requirements, monitor system functionality, manage security compliance with established military standards, develop integrated master schedules, reinforce configuration management rigor and standards, and directly report, advise and direct on behalf of the government customer. You will coordinate efforts with the on-site Systems Integration Lab (SIL) to ensure seamless performance and robust system health. Join us. The world can’t wait.
