The Swagelok Career Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders and technical professionals within our organization. This unique program offers recent graduates from engineering, operations, or business disciplines the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills through various operational and corporate rotations. Participants will rotate through three key assignments, each lasting 12-18 months, in their first three years of employment. The program provides exposure to areas such as operations supervision, engineering, manufacturing/assembly planning, sourcing, customer service, and human resources. These business-critical assignments offer broad, rich operational and business experiences to enable career growth, supplemented with ongoing training, development, mentoring, and support from key management associates. Program Structure for this role: Rotations: Participants will complete three rotations across different operational areas, each lasting 12-18 months. These rotations will provide exposure to core operations, process improvement, team management, and project execution. The third rotation will be dependent on the engineering path of the participant. Mentorship: Each participant will be paired with an experienced leader who will provide guidance, support, and career development advice throughout the program. Training: Comprehensive training programs will be offered to enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.
