As a Engineering BOM Coordinator in Brooklyn Park, MN, you will: Compare development build requirements to the Master Bill of Materials (BOM) in TeamCenter Create and maintain a comprehensive parts tracking file showing what is on order, what still needs to be ordered, what has been received, and projected arrival timing to ensure alignment with project needs Forecast part readiness and identify risks to ensure alignment with project milestones Coordinate closely with team members responsible for issuing purchase orders Develop and maintain a master hardware list for ordering Submit work orders (WO) and monitor BOM changes to determine if incremental orders are required Support the build preparation process by downloading and analyzing BOM data from TeamCenter and comparing it to Excel-based tracking tools Participate in cross-functional engineering discussions to ensure alignment across design, purchasing, and manufacturing Provide occasional onsite support in Benson, MN Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in New Hope, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Center, Champlin, and Maple Grove, and the greater Minneapolis metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation Please consider joining Applied's team of talented employees in Brooklyn Park, MN and the greater Minneapolis metro metro area. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in Excel or similar tools to build tracking systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, purchasing, and operations
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving design and BOM requirements
  • Experience with TeamCenter, Creo, or similar PLM/CAD systems
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or understanding of BOM structure
  • Experience with data analysis, BOM reconciliation, or parts readiness tracking
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Capable of working independently and as a team member
  • Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset

Responsibilities
