About The Position
Systems Control is looking for an Engineering Assistant to become a part of our Integrated Substation Solutions team. As a member of our Project Management group, you will provide administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of our manufactured products. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one to two years of office experience

Responsibilities
- Project Setup
- Customer Service (customer phone calls & emails)
- Confirm shipping locations for product delivery
- Maintain metrics/reports
- Process ECN’s for project management team
- File customer documentation
- Enter/update project budgets & milestone payments
- Support project management department
