As a key member of the Engineering and Maintenance team, the Engineering and Maintenance Coordinator will leverage department data to support future project development and drive improvements in OEE and OEE-related metrics, including OEE optimization initiatives. This role will play an important part in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and support improvements in OEE performance and overall equipment effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or Direct work experience in administrative/coordinator capacity (minimum of 5 years)
  • Proven understanding of a maintenance and engineering workflow at a food manufacturing plant

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in strategic planning and internal customer support
  • Experience in ERP and CMMS software
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint), Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the Engineering Department as it relates to the continuous improvement aspects of bad actor analysis and reporting
  • Back-up the Parts Room Manager for all purchasing for all non-capex project
  • Coordinate with internal/external resources to ensure flawless internal customer support
  • Become a super-user with the Company’s reporting and project management software to be a resource for all design department team members
