  • Build and update engineering models and simulations using tools like ANSYS, Atlassian, CAMEO, Teamwork Cloud, SolidWorks, MATLAB, and more.
  • Evaluate performance data, test outcomes, and manufacturing metrics to uncover insights and identify outliers.
  • Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate results and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technical teams to refine designs and enhance efficiency.
  • Investigate engineering issues and determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical insight during design reviews.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable engineering standards and regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging tools, methods, and industry trends.
  • At least 10 years of experience in systems engineering or related analytical roles, including a minimum of 3 years working with modern digital engineering tools and development practices.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with military, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage daily responsibilities independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex technical schematics and specifications.
