About The Position

TerraPower is seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals who are interested in focusing on advanced nuclear reactor research and development and influencing change within the nuclear power landscape and bringing forward the critical production of medical isotopes. The Engineering Analysis Automation Software (EAAS) Manager will lead the development of next-generation digital products for nuclear engineering analysts, reactor engineers, and operators. • Implement and enforce software quality assurance practices consistent with NQA-1, V&V, and NRC/DOE/ASME standards.
  • Maintain rigorous configuration management, testing, and traceability frameworks.
  • Hands-on contribution/coding - ability to allocate your time to actively participate in the software development process by writing, reviewing and maintaining high-quality code, including troubleshooting key portions of the automation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Directors on roadmap refinement, resource planning, and external vendor engagement to ensure timelines align with the company's mission and goals.
