Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience as a general mechanic or handyman.
• One year of trade school experience.
• Solid background in building trades, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Working knowledge of plant maintenance methods and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain state-of-the-art facilities by performing a wide range of general cleaning tasks.
• Maintain the physical plant through repairs and renovations using power tools.
• Perform electrical work.
• Maintain daily logs and work orders.
• Read blueprints or models.
• Plan layouts for new construction.

Benefits

• Base pay scale of $34.95.
