Engineering AI/ML Manager - AV ML Infrastructure
About The Position
As an Engineering AI/ML Manager for AV ML Infra, you will lead a small team of engineers, helping them deliver high-quality ML infrastructure while developing strategies for growth and execution. You'll ensure the team is effective, collaborate across functions, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Note: This role is part of an ML infrastructure engineering team and does not involve applying machine learning models for specific tasks. The focus is on developing infrastructure products that empower GM teams to perform machine learning and data science at scale.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of management experience (leading a engineering team)
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience shipping production-quality software for complex projects
- Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ML platforms, Kubernetes, or distributed computing
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle ML workflows

- Lead and mentor engineers within the AV ML Infra team
