About The Position
The Engineering Advisor coordinates and manages projects on site. They provide consulting, training and support services to customers and employees related to solution set up, product configuration, solution implementation and critical business processes. They oversee the application of shoring equipment with hydraulic system designs and technical shoring layouts, for job sites such as trenching and excavation. The Advisor understands, analyzes, and categorizes customer issues in partnership with the sales team to recommend the safest and cost-effective solution.
