Requirements

Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling required; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
Proven ability to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively analyze complex conditions and devise practical solutions.
Excellent communication to interact with engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
Willingness to perform occasional job site visits.

Nice To Haves

Parametric 3D modeling experience is preferred.
Experience with Smartsheet or a similar project management tool is preferred.
Experience in stormwater management, stormwater treatment, drainage infrastructure systems, or precast concrete manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Engineered Products (EP) Technical Sales team to track and manage projects in the pipeline.
Prepare budgetary estimates across all EP product lines.
Develop preliminary drawings for engineering review and potential inclusion in project plans.
Generate formal quotes for bid submissions.
Conduct plan reviews and provide technical support to internal teams, engineering firms, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project records in the Smartsheet project management system.
Prepare comprehensive submittal packages for review and approval prior to fabrication.
Develop and deliver production drawing packages to core teams following approvals.
Manage procurement of specialty items related to EP products.
Coordinate manufacturing activities with production facilities.
Support customers in partnership with our customer service representatives.
Perform occasional job site visits to ensure project success.
Keep Smartsheet updated with real‑time project information throughout the project lifecycle.
