About The Position
The Engineered Coating Systems Service Manager (ECSSM) is responsible for providing technical and engineering support for FAMIS Inc. a PSE Group Company, installed base of equipment, while also assisting with prospective systems and supporting the sales team. This role includes direct supervision of Field Technicians and oversight of preventive maintenance scheduling. The ECSSM will serve as a key liaison between customers, technicians, sales, and management, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction across all covered geographies.
