About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester with a strong background in Informatica, Talend, and Ab Initio. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL testing methodologies. This role requires extensive experience in writing and executing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, as well as knowledge in developing UNIX commands to automate ETL processes. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing ETL mapping documents and developing SQL scripts to validate data inputs and outputs. Additionally, the role involves creating test cases and strategies based on ETL mapping artifacts and performing data analysis to identify potential root causes of issues. Hands-on experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver is preferred.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL testing concepts
• Extensive work experience in writing and executing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Knowledge of designing and developing UNIX commands for ETL processes
• Experience in analyzing ETL mapping documents and developing SQL scripts for data validation
• Ability to create test cases, test scenarios, and test strategies based on ETL mapping artifacts
• Extensive experience performing data analysis to identify root causes of issues

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements, prepare test strategies, test plans
• Prepare test scenarios and create test cases based on ETL mapping artifacts
• Execute tests, write automation scripts, and resolve defects within SLA
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for issue resolution
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development teams, and other vendors to gather and understand requirements
