About The Position
This position is responsible for providing technical engineering and cost information to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards. The role involves assisting with job controls to ensure compliance with the contract, budget, schedule, forecasting, and job costing. The individual will interpret design/drawings for craft workers installing material to ensure specifications are followed, research and recommend resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interference, and errors, and prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports and punch lists. Additionally, the position requires providing technical support regarding project material controls, preparing drawings and sketches, developing job essential data, and maintaining files of working documents for backup to estimating figures.
