Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a top-tier guest experience? We’re looking for an Engineer to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe, comfortable stay for our guests.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions.
Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly.
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.

Requirements

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall and some carpentry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
• High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Availability

Nice To Haves

• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred
