About The Position

Skill: Release Train Engineer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile and SAFe principles and practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing large-scale development projects. Comfort with leading large groups and driving change. Familiarity with tools and techniques for Agile development, such as Kanban, user stories, and burndown chart.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate events: Organize and facilitate key ART events, such as PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Manage flow and execution: Improve the flow of value, track progress, and ensure the ART stays aligned with strategic goals.
• Coaching and leadership: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders on Agile and SAFe principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Risk and dependency management: Identify, manage, and escalate risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
• Stakeholder communication: Act as a liaison between the ART and other stakeholders, including Product Management and business owners, to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Drive improvement: Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to monitor ART performance and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
