About The Position

Develops, analyzes, researches, and designs welding techniques, procedures, and applications. Uses engineering principles to manipulate materials for fabrication and assembly processes. Prepares technical documentation in order to implement waterfront welding processes including specifications, analyses, standards, and restrictions. Creates new or modifies current welding methods, techniques, and procedures in order to substantiate welding theories. Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position to the eligible candidates. Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.
