About The Position

Integrity Communications Solutions is a growing small business delivering mission-focused engineering expertise in support of the U.S. Space Force. We are building a pipeline of senior-level engineers to support anticipated work with Space Systems Command (SSC). This role provides advanced systems engineering and acquisition advisory support to SSC programs focused on Space Domain Awareness, Battle Management Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (BMC3I), mission integration, and rapid capability delivery. As a member of a high-performing, agile team, you will collaborate directly with government and industry stakeholders to shape technical strategies, strengthen acquisition outcomes, and advance critical national security space capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting DoD space systems engineering, acquisition, or technical advisory programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in space system design, integration, and operational support.
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks (DoDI 5000 series), JCIDS, and systems engineering lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting Space Systems Command (SSC), U.S. Space Force (USSF), or comparable national security space programs.
  • Active security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Space Domain Awareness (SDA), sensor systems, orbital operations, or DoD Space Command and Control programs.
  • Professional certifications such as INCOSE CSEP, DAWIA, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with space control mission areas, rapid prototyping, or agile acquisition environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver systems engineering expertise across the full system lifecycle, including requirements development, architecture definition, integration, verification, validation, and test.
  • Provide technical advisory support for space acquisition activities, including trade studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses.
  • Develop, maintain, and assess technical baselines, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and requirements traceability documentation.
  • Advise government stakeholders on technical, cost, schedule, and performance risks, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Draft, review, and refine acquisition and requirements documentation aligned with DoD and SSC processes.
  • Support and participate in major technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), working groups, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Facilitate integration of space, ground, and communications systems to ensure operational mission readiness.
  • Monitor program execution and recommend process improvements consistent with DoD acquisition and systems engineering best practices.
