About The Position

The Engineer Trainee position at Loyola University Chicago is designed for individuals who are members of the International Union of Operating Engineers-Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program. Under the supervision of experienced engineering staff, the trainee will assist in the operation and maintenance of boilers, HVAC systems, and perform general maintenance tasks on campus. Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Zero to one year of related experience.
• Current member of the International Union of Operating Engineers-Local 399 Engineer Apprenticeship program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management software.

Responsibilities
