Join Mynewsdesk's CRM & Operations team, a group that thrives on automation, collaboration, and challenging the status quo. We're looking for someone ready to hands on work with our systems and processes-particularly our self-hosted Data Warehouse-while contributing across our broad technical landscape. Our team sits at the heart of Mynewsdesk, automating and transforming how the company operates in our business systems. We deliver smart solutions that simplify workflows, connect systems, and empower departments to excel. So far we've automated the provisioning of our subscriptions, launched new agreement solutions, and most recently we have built a Data Warehouse, all self hosted in open-source platforms. We're just getting started! We've established our first core metrics, and the next steps include enriching data with product usage insights, financial metrics, and leveraging AI for internal efficiency. We're exploring opportunities to push boundaries, challenge how we've worked before, and adopt new tools and techniques to solve real business challenges.
