This individual repairs, maintains, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group. Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Third Grade Stationary License Status from city of Houston, must be attained within one year of eligibility.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial office building or medical office or similar environment.
• Maintain knowledge of state, local and federal building codes and ordinances.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Computer skills.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP operating systems.
• Solid knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building.
• Coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.
