This individual repairs, maintains, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Third Grade Stationary License Status from city of Houston, must be attained within one year of eligibility.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial office building or medical office or similar environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of state, local and federal building codes and ordinances.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Computer skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP operating systems.
  • Solid knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building.
  • Coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.
