The Canopy by Hilton at Bankers Alley - a boutique destination in the heart of Nashville's art and entertainment district - is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee the property's engineering and maintenance operations with efficiency, style, and Southern hospitality. As Lead Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical) run flawlessly while delivering a best-in-class guest experience. You'll lead a small team, partner with vendors, and proactively maintain our hotel's physical assets—all with a hands-on mindset and commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
