Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates expertise in relevant testing tools and technologies essential for executing complex engineering tests.
Proficiency in NI LabVIEW and NI Test Stand applications
Experience in design/development and implementation of test systems in a production environment
Problem Solving: Analyzes and resolves moderately complex technical issues using established methodologies and best practices.
Business Acumen: Understands key business drivers and leverages this knowledge to align testing activities with company objectives.
Clear Communication: Effectively conveys complex technical information in a straightforward manner to team members and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Builds and maintains productive working relationships with internal and external teams to support project goals.
Mentoring: Provides informal guidance to new team members, facilitating their integration and development within the team.
Analytical Thinking: Evaluates technical data and testing scenarios to identify optimal solutions and improve testing processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Technical/Engineering Field or 8 years of relevant work experience
All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of industrial products/systems including Turbomachinery or Reciprocating Engine applications preferred

Responsibilities

Develop Test Plans: Designs and implements comprehensive test strategies to evaluate product functionality and performance against specifications.
Execute Testing Procedures: Conducts systematic testing activities to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze Test Data: Interprets test results to assess product reliability and recommends appropriate improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Works closely with design and development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product quality.
Provide Technical Support: Offers informal guidance and assistance to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and team effectiveness.
