About The Position

This role designs, validates, and deploys technical solutions to maintain and enhance network and system performance and reliability. Primary functions include developing network designs, validation plans, monitoring systems, and engineering tools to optimize efficiency and cost. The role requires evaluating requirements, assessing design tradeoffs, and supporting deployment to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Success is measured by the reliability, performance, efficiency, and timely delivery of network and system solutions. The work impacts organizational operations and customer experience by ensuring robust and scalable network infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering or related field
5 yrs Technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex network system designs to improve reliability and performance
Develop and maintain validation procedures and tests to ensure design compliance and effectiveness
Drive engineering projects by applying techniques, conducting tests, and preparing technical reports
Supervise and mentor associate engineers to support project execution and knowledge sharing
Continuously study and apply current technologies to enhance network design and optimization
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
