About The Position

As an Engineering Support Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing day-to-day operational support to drive the success of our program activities. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by assisting with the successful completion of projects, enhancing support efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical support.
  • Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of engineers to execute programs.
  • Provide assistance of managing program financial data and schedule information to the team.
  • Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans.
  • Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
